Are your spaces furnished with high-speed internet, and can members access different locations with their membership?

Yes, all our coworking spaces are furnished with high-speed internet. Members can access any of our locations with their membership, offering flexibility and convenience for those who travel frequently.

What are the coworking space's daily operational hours, and do you support after-hours access?

Our coworking spaces are typically open from 7 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday. Some locations offer 24/7 access for members with specific membership plans. Please check with your local space for exact hours and after-hours access options.

Do you offer technical support and on-site community management for members?

Yes, we provide technical support to ensure a seamless working experience. Additionally, each location has a community manager who assists with day-to-day operations, events, and member needs.

How does the coworking space foster networking and host community events?

Can you detail the cafe amenities, and are food and drinks covered by the membership?

Many of our coworking spaces feature on-site cafes offering a range of beverages, snacks, and meals. The cafes are open 7 days a week with extended hours, although specific hours may vary by location. While food and drinks are not typically included in the membership, members often enjoy discounts at the cafe.

What professional coaching and business development services are available?

We offer a variety of professional coaching and business development services, including one-on-one coaching sessions, business planning workshops, and access to expert mentors. These services are designed to support our members' growth and success.

What measures are in place for cleaning, safety, and health protocols?

Can a workspace be accessed without a reservation?

Bookings start at 15 min; time can be added according to availability. After hours usage is only available for members with 24/7 access.

Is there a minimum booking requirement for the pay-as-you-go option, and what is the policy on after-hours usage?

There are no additional fees for booking, payment is done by credit/debit card via your account.

How can I modify or cancel a pay-as-you-go reservation?

Modifications/cancelations are done via your account and terms are per location.

Are workspaces in the pay-as-you-go area allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis, or can they be reserved for repeated use?

All spaces available for booking can be booked in advance and repeatedly.

What are the peak hours for pay-as-you-go access, and can I count on availability during these times?

Peak hours vary by location. Book in advance to guarantee your chosen space.

What are the cafe's hours, and can customers enjoy amenities like free Wi-Fi?

The cafe hours are Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM; however, these hours vary by location.

Are there specialty beverages or seasonal items available?

Yes, we have a variety of specialty coffees and beverages, as well as seasonal items. 

What loyalty or discount programs do you provide for frequent patrons?

Through our loyalty program, you get access to all the benefits of a membership. Rewards members earn one point for every dollar spent. Every 50 points they earn a 5 dollar reward credit for cafe purchases except for beer and wine. 

Once you’re registered, simply login to your account in order to edit your personal information, sign up for email notification of promotions and seasonal rewards, and review your transactions.

Do you offer outdoor seating, and is it pet-friendly?

Outdoor seating and whether or not the outdoor seating is pet-friendly will vary by location and local laws and policies. Please contact your local SUCCESS Space® to confirm.

Where do your coffee beans come from, and do you have fair-trade and alternative milk options?

COFFEE: All SUCCESS Space® Cafe Signature coffees are made with 100% Arabica beans.

Our coffee and espresso is also Rainforest Alliance Certified. What does "Rainforest Alliance Certification" mean?

Yes, we have dairy-free alternative options available.

ICED Tea: Our iced tea leaves are grown specifically for iced tea to produce an exquisite, naturally sweet flavor. ROAR Iced Teas are sold in fractional packaging, including a variety of luxurious flavors and are Rainforest Alliance Certified.

HOT Tea: Our organic hot teas are produced with meticulously plucked tea leaves, available in both traditional and botanical blends, and offered in pyramid sachets or as loose teas.

Is it possible to order online for takeaway or delivery services?

Yes! Our SUCCESS Space Cafe has online ordering, takeout, delivery, and dine-in options. Delivery is available through DoorDash and Uber Eats. You can order online today here.

Do you host any live events such as music or readings?

During a coaching session with our SUCCESS Space® Certified Coaches, you can expect a supportive and structured conversation focused on your specific goals and challenges. We will work together to explore your current situation, identify obstacles, and develop actionable strategies to help you achieve your objectives. You'll receive guidance, support, questions to help you dig in on your resources and possibilities, and personal accountability to ensure progress. What qualifications does a SUCCESS Space® Certified Coach™ bring to their practice?

Our SUCCESS Space® Certified Coach™ team brings a wealth of qualifications and experience to their coaching practice. Our coaches have undergone rigorous training in coaching methodologies and skill sets through our proprietary SUCCESS Space® Certification, and our Abelson DISC Certification® programs. Unlike most coaches and coaching programs that require a weekend course, or simply reading a book, our intense program continues past initial graduation. Our ongoing Level Up™ Coach Training includes situational training, and an incredible 8 hours of required continuing education each month. Our coaches have extensive business, consulting or training backgrounds including years of relevant experience, as well.

How is progress tracked and measured in your sessions?

Progress is tracked and measured through a combination of goal-setting, regular check-ins, and assessment tools. At the beginning of our coaching relationship, we will clearly define measurable goals. Throughout our sessions, we will review your progress, adjust strategies as needed, and celebrate achievements. How long does a coaching commitment typically last?

Many people choose to coach with our SUCCESS Space® coaches for years, because they continue to get results and see their relationship as an important part of their success.

We specialize in business growth, leadership development and personal growth. Within these areas there are many topics and well within our knowledge base, and skill sets.

Are sessions conducted with confidentiality?

Confidentiality is a cornerstone of our coaching practice. All sessions are conducted with the utmost respect for your privacy, and any information shared during our sessions remains strictly confidential. This ensures a safe and trusting environment for your personal and professional development. If we are coaching virtually by video conferencing line, recordings can be offered to the client, or erased, if not desired by that client.

What are the costs and available packages or discounts for ongoing coaching sessions?

The cost of coaching sessions varies depending on the package selected. We offer several packages tailored to different needs and budgets whether you're looking for one-on-one sessions, group or team coaching. Regular reviews and adjustments ensure that you remain on track and continue to make progress.

What are the expectations for clients, and how flexible is the session scheduling?

Consistent engagement and honest communication are key to a successful coaching relationship. Scheduling is flexible to accommodate your busy life. Yes, coaching sessions are available remotely. We offer sessions via video conferencing platform to provide convenience and accessibility.
